This little lady is getting baptized, and I feel so honored that I had the opportunity to do Miss Swanson’s Baptism Session before her big day! We headed up to the Bountiful Temple to get some pictures for her announcements. This little lady looked radiant in her white baptism dress and with her sweet smile!

Miss Swanson’s Baptism Session

When I pulled Anna out to be my helper during the session, Dad joked that maybe Elsa may have been more appropriate. We’d just had a big snowstorm the weekend before her session, so everything was covered in a fresh layer of fluffy snow. It was FREEZING during this session.  Miss Swanson was a trooper and gave me the prettiest smiles the whole time. In her beautiful white dress, she looked like a snow princess herself!

Everyone who walked past us commented about how radiant she looked, and it’s easy to tell why! Those golden curls, bright blue eyes, and sweet smile still have me dazzled! She was such a natural in front of my camera and hardly needed any posing coaching! She can be my little model any day!

Mom even packed her blessing dress from when she was a baby for us to use during the session. It was fun to be able to display so visually the stages she’s gone through up until this point. We also used a classic blue Book of Mormon, which was fun. Mom sent her brand new set of scriptures, too, and the shot of her reading turned out to be one of my favorites!

I’m so happy with how this session turned out, and I love the winter wonderland feel that the fresh snow gave these sweet images! Miss Swanson is such a sweetheart-beautiful inside and out! I’m so excited for her and her decision to get baptized!
