Image of baby girl in a wreath of lavender for Eagle Mountain Newborn Photography post

Eagle Mountain Newborn Photography is my favorite! I seriously love my clients so much! I meet the sweetest people when they bring their babies to get portraits!

Nahyeon (mom) was so fun to work with! I could tell right away when she reached out to me that she had done her research and she had great questions to for me to clarify. She was so kind and sweet and kept apologizing for asking questions, but I actually love when clients are engaged and want to understand the process. (There is a lot that goes into newborn photography behind the scenes.) It was so fun preparing and designing this session with her!

Nahyeon requested purple for her little girl’s session, and I totally love it! This petite wrapped session was so fun, and I loved being able to create these keepsakes for them to cherish for a lifetime.

This session reminded me of taking my own daughter’s newborn pictures clear-back-when because my daughter is half Asian, too. I love that beautiful dark hair and those gorgeous chubby cheeks that they have in common!

How sweet is she?! Chunky babies are my favorite, and those cheeks don’t disappoint! Mom also mentioned that she has, “floppy Lish ears,” and I thought they were just adorable! The hair, the cheeks, the lips! This little lady was pure perfection!

Lavender has been really popular with my clients lately! I think the purple tones photograph beautifully, so I can see why everyone loves it so much!

It keeps surprising me how much variety we can get out of these sweet swaddled sessions. I love that I can open up more availability in time slots that I wouldn’t be able to schedule a full 2-4 hour newborn. Newborns are my favorite to photograph, so it’s fun to be able to fit more in my schedule.

I loved working with Nahyeon and her sweet baby girl and capturing these memories for them!
